Hosting a high school formal on school grounds can be a fun and memorable experience! With careful planning, your high school formal can be a fantastic and unforgettable experience!

After you’ve worked out what area of the school will be the best location to host your Formal Event (gym, auditorium, our outdoor area (this is where you may consider a marquee), set the date, time and importantly your budget for the event, start locking in some important details.

    • Use decorations that align with your theme. Consider lighting, table centerpieces, and photo backdrops.
  4. Food and Drinks:
    • Decide whether to have catering and don’t forget dietary restrictions.
    • Plan for non-alcoholic drinks and how to manage drinks service.
  5. Music and Entertainment:
    • Hire a DJ or create a playlist. Contact us to local DJ contacts
    • Consider including fun activities like photo booths or games.
  6. Promotions and Tickets:
    • Create posters or social media announcements to promote the event.
    • Decide on ticket pricing and how to sell them (online, at lunch, etc.).
